2026 Digital Number Sense SUMmit
June 16-17, 2026
A Digital Math Conference Built for Real Classrooms (Grades K–5)
Looking for math professional learning that actually works in real classrooms? This digital math conference is packed with practical, engaging sessions designed to strengthen student understanding and boost teacher confidence—without feeling overwhelmed.
Participants will explore math progressions across grades K–5, including place value, operations, data, number sense, vocabulary, and mathematical practices. Each session highlights hands-on models, meaningful routines, and connected strategies that help students make sense of math and communicate their thinking.
Whether you teach primary or intermediate grades, are new to daily routines, or ready to level them up, you’ll leave with ready‑to‑use ideas, games, and instructional moves you can implement right away.
What you’ll gain
- Clear progressions for teaching addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and place value
- Simple daily routines that build number sense and math talk
- Engaging strategies for math vocabulary, discourse, and data all year long
- Classroom‑tested ideas that make math meaningful, fun, and manageable
Participants will also receive exclusive access to a variety of online materials, digital handouts, and session recordings available until May 1, 2027. Emily and Kristin have created brand‑new resources specifically for this conference—including a Data Across the Year activity guide for grades K–5—that will only be available to registered participants.
Flexible access for busy educators
You do not need to attend live. All sessions will be recorded and available within 48 hours, making it easy to participate even if you’re teaching or unavailable during the scheduled times.
Daily Bonus: Ask the Experts
Each day concludes with a live Ask the Experts session. Kristin and Emily will answer participant questions—submitted in advance or asked live—and they’re planning to bring in a few special guests as well.
Graduate Credit Opportunity
Returning this year: participants can attend the summit and earn graduate credit. Through the University of San Diego, you may purchase up to two hours of graduate credit. The only requirement is registering and attending/viewing the sessions. See the full Digital Number Sense brochure for details.
Join us for a conference that puts sense‑making first and helps students grow into confident mathematical thinkers—one routine, one conversation, and one connection at a time.
